INSPIREM at 2nd All-Russian NOTECH Conference

Inspirem Rus team participated in the 2nd All-Russian NOTECH Conference: "Development of Technical client institution. Exchange of practices in Construction Project Management."



Inspirem Rus took an active part in the 2nd All-Russian NOTECH Conference: "Development of Technical client institution. Exchange of best practices in Construction Project Management," which was held on October 16-17 in St. Petersburg at the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University ground.





Inspirem Rus was represented by the speakers:

• Artem Chelokhov, Head of the Legal Department, participated in the second day of the conference in the discussion "Risk Management in Construction Today: Myths and Reality."
• Maxim Demidov, Construction Director, spoke at the RBC roundtable "Credibility and Expertise as a way to develop Customer Service in Construction Engineering."



Event Results:

• Plenary meeting: NOTEX presented its strategy for developing technical clientinstitution, outlining priorities for sharing best practices and technologies for construction project management.
• Summary of the 1-st Day: Discussions focused on topics concerning staffing support ofthe industry, interactions with banks and cost determination of technical client services.
• Summary of the 2-nd Day: The second day continued with discussions on project and risk management, including legal risks, opportunities for digitalization in the industry, and the role of technical client in implementing national infrastructural projects.
• RBC Roundtable: Discussions focused on credibility and expertise as customer service development factors in construction engineering.
