Sergey Muzychenko noted that staff shortages have become one of the main problems facing the industry. The Novosibirsk Region is short of 65,000 specialists! This emphasizes the need for systemic changes in the training of engineering staff and construction project management specialists.
New technologies in the foreground!
In the face of modern challenges, one of the key areas has become the introduction of digitalization and artificial intelligence in construction. Head of Rosstandart Anton Shalaev emphasized the importance of flexible and modern standards in construction. Big changes await us in 2025, including the development of a record number of standards!
Increased investment in construction projects in Siberia!
Novosibirsk's geographical location in the center of Siberia's most densely populated regions creates unique opportunities for building convenient logistics chains. We are seeing an increase in investor interest in building new production facilities beyond the Urals, in the eastern part of the country. This is confirmed by the data of the Investment Analysis Group of PKR: the total cumulative growth of investments in the Siberian Federal District over the past year amounted to +15.4%, which is equivalent to +3 trillion rubles.
