In October, Miratorg and Van Hassen launched a plant for deep processing of pork mucosa in the Kursk region.
The new project provides for the deep processing of pig mucosa - the mucous membrane of the small intestine of pigs to produce the initial form of pharmaceutical heparin and feed hydrolyzed protein. Investments in the project amounted to RUB 1.6 billion.
Construction of the plant began in the second quarter of 2021. The capacity of the plant is up to 40 thousand tons of raw materials per year. The enterprise will produce the initial form of pharmaceutical heparin in concentrated form in the volume of 70 tons per year and 8 thousand tons of feed hydrolyzed protein.
In this project, Inspirem Rus offered author's supervision, technical control and technical support services during commissioning.
